Annual Banquet

St. Matthew's Lutheran Church

Cost: $16.00 adults    $6.00 (Children 4-9yrs.)

We will have a delicious family style roast beef dinner served by the men and ladies of the church.  There will be door prizes donated by local business, a raffle and Silent Auction.  If you have something to donate for the Silent Auction or for door prize simply bring it along to the banquet.  Come prepared to buy and enjoy your evening.  Starting at 5:30pm.  This allows time to talk, purchase raffle tickets, look over the Silent Auction items and make your choice. 

We will eat at 6pm SHARP!

Get your reservations early as seating is very limited.  Tickets will be available to member families only until January 1st. (If you have not paid your dues you may send them along with your banquet money.  After January 1st tickets will be available to quests.

Make checks payable to: BUCKS-MONT TWO CYLINDER CLUB and return with reservation slip to Peggy Hardy. 

 Advance reservations only; no money will be collected at the door.

In case of inclement weather, please call one of the directors and ask whether we are having the banquet.  We do have a snow date this year (TBD), but it would be good to check anyway.  Only once in all the years we had our banquet have we had to postpone due to bad weather.  We tried our best to contact everyone, but there were still a couple who got missed.

Also, in case of illness, please call Peggy as there is often a waiting list for tickets.

Upon arrival at the church fellowship hall, check with someone at the reservation table for your name tag and door prize number.
